Handling Mental Health Crisis Effectively and Humanely

Eric Waddell, chief learning officer of the Cardinal Group II, will describe training that local law enforcement is getting to prepare them to deal with people in mental health crisis.

Suzuki Group Instrument Demo

Have you ever wanted to try out a Violin, Viola, or Cello? The Copper Country Suzuki Association is bringing Violins, Violas, and Cellos to the Portage Lake District Library on Saturday, September 17, from 11am – 1pm for kids and adults to try out. They will also give instrument demonstrations and there will be an opportunity to meet CCSA instructors.
