The Portage Lake District Library is again moving into Phase 3 of their reopening plan, which includes limited access to the building by patrons. The Portage Lake District Library is launching a new winter reading program, with a kick-off date of Monday, December 7. The program will challenge junior level readers, teens, and adults to read 5 books or more over the next several months. The library will be closed on Thursday, December 31, and Friday, January 1. We will reopen on Saturday, Jan 2, from 10am-3pm.
