Come experience the joy of traditional Finnish folk dance on Friday, July 22, from 12 – 1pm! The Kivajat Finnish American Folk Dance Group (youth) is sponsored by the Finnish American Heritage Center of Finlandia University. After the performance at noon, audience members of all ages may try a few dances!

Their repertoire includes Finnish couples dances such as waltzes, polkas, humppa, jenkka, mazurkka, and hambo, as well as lively group dances for all ages to enjoy.
