Tai Chi is a gentle exercise combining slow movement, deep breathing and focused intention. Join us on Monday, March 2, from 12 – 1:30pm for the first class in the series. The class is ongoing and progressive and meets weekly on Monday and Thursday, until Apr 10, 2020. NO DROP INS !!
