Join the Michigan Tech Biomedical Engineering team, led by Dr. Smitha Rao, for a hands-on demonstration of Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM). You’ll discover how SEMs work, zoom in thousands of times on everyday objects, and learn how scientists use this technology to explore the tiniest details of our world. Presented in collaboration with MTU’s ACMAL Lab and supported by Hitachi.
